2. User Roles and Account Creation The App connects two distinct types of users:

Service Customers: Individuals who request and receive services.
Service Professionals: Independent contractors or businesses who provide services. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to keep your password secure.

3. Service Provision and Relationship

Blissmeeting's Role: We operate as a technology platform to facilitate the connection between Service Customers and Service Professionals. We are not an employer of Service Professionals.
Independent Contractors: You acknowledge that Service Professionals are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the quality, legality, and safety of the services they provide.
No Warranty: We do not warrant the quality, suitability, or expertise of any Service Professional. We rely on user ratings and reviews to maintain service standards.

4. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

Booking: All bookings made through the App are binding.
Payments: You agree to pay all fees for services and any applicable taxes. All payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay). We are not liable for any payment processing errors.
